Built for Strength and Light

The strength of BXR® lies in its advanced five-layer construction, combining woven and non-woven glass fibers with polypropylene resin. UV-enhanced top layers and polyurethane bonding deliver durability, impact resistance, and strong adhesion to structural components, even under demanding trailer conditions.

BXR® panels are specifically engineered for dry van roofing applications. Their translucent design allows natural light to enter while minimizing heat buildup, improving visibility and energy efficiency inside the trailer. Resistant to rot, corrosion, mildew, and chemical damage, the panels ensure long-lasting performance with minimal maintenance.

Thanks to their thermoplastic composition, BXR® panels absorb high energy loads and resist cracking or punctures. Their thermal expansion properties closely match aluminum, making them ideal for transportation environments. Surface damage can be quickly repaired with low heat, extending service life.

Available in sheet or coil formats, with widths of 96 or 102 inches, BXR® panels are designed to meet diverse application needs while ensuring consistent strength, resilience, and easy installation.

Made for dry freight vans and truck bodies.
