BULITEX HYBRID

Bulitex® Hybrid is engineered to bring the proven toughness of woven Bulitex® panels together with the versatility of Versitex® bi-directional composites. This layered construction creates a lightweight, flexible thermoplastic panel that provides superior protection at a lower cost, making it an ideal choice for refrigerated trailer applications.

Designed for refrigerated walls, ceilings, and door panels, Bulitex® Hybrid offers high impact resistance, energy absorption, and thermal expansion values comparable to aluminum. Its thermoplastic properties minimize cracks and punctures while resisting rot, corrosion, mildew, and harsh cleaning agents.

Available in 0.050” and 0.070” thicknesses, Bulitex® Hybrid BH Series panels are also backed with a thin fabric layer to improve foam adhesion for injected or poured insulation systems. Like other US Liner composites, Bulitex® Hybrid is easily repaired using low heat, reducing maintenance time and cost.
